Went in a about 15min ago for a large caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar and oh my God! It tasted awful!!!! I tasted it 15min out the road to work and too far out to go back to get it fixed. Extremely upset over this since It will go directly to the trash! Had no sugar tasted bitter and there was definitely no caramel in it. Very upset as I always look forward to my morning coffee for work.

The cashier named Goher is often unfriendly. I don’t see her smiling or showing any interest to the customer. I do want to say that Khatija and Sarwaht are very sweet and always make me smile. I look forward to seeing them whenever I come to the Wilmette location. They are often on the line doing food prep or making drinks.

Absolutely terrible. The cashier clearly didn’t know what she was doing and how to apply the Dunkin’ Donuts offers and instead took my $8 dollars from my Dunkin account and didn’t apply the free sandwich that comes with a large beverage purchase. She couldn’t cancel the transaction to refund me my $8 and instead they referred me to corporate to deal with the issue. I left being robbed of $8 over their mistake. They clearly aren’t trained properly and didn’t care to resolve the issue to be honest. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. This is why everyone goes to Starbucks now a days.

Bad experience for a second day in a row at a Dunkin store. This morning I stopped here for a tea, they gave me coffee and unfortunately I didn’t notice so I had to drive back and the lady argued with me! “You said coffee”, I haven’t drank coffee in about 20 years, so I’m pretty sure I said black tea. Dunkin used to be a great place but is going down the hill quickly, they give a franchise to anyone and they don’t seem to supervise.

I am very disappointed in this location, I have been going here for almost half a year. The staff seemed nice, however today I stopped by…International Coffee Day. And was treated with such disrespect, the staff and manager-Elizabeth were very rude. I had my app for the free coffee but was having trouble retrieving the code. They wouldn’t help nor make an exception but stare and I ended paying for my coffee. Including my order was ready but I wasn’t told till I looked at my receipt number and walked out. I will definitely not return there and also not recommend anyone to go there.
