Staff not at all helpful at all and rarely very friendly. Also, please stop raising your rates well beyond inflation. You are not Starbucks and never will be. They have the nicer interiors and overall far better coffee. I don’t go to Starbucks because they charge entirely too much money. If you Dunkin’ starts charging even close to Starbucks pricing for drinks, you will lose my family and company business which is equal to at least $2k each year.

Asked for iced coffees with cream and Splenda but staff began making before finished placing order and they made with sugar and Splenda despite my actual order. Requested a remake since they were not what we ordered and would be overly sweet. Staff said they remade (a lie) and handed them back out the window. I tried my drinks before leaving and they were the same ones. I went back inside and the manager was of no help and rude and the staff who made the drinks were rude. There was one gentleman who was working the window that was kind and when I came inside he personally remade the drinks even when the manager was being rude because he knew it was their error and that the other staff were being disrespectful and deceitful.

Went inside to order. Cool cool. Except there were 3 employees working. No one acknowledged my presence. Asked someone if I order on the kiosk and he kind of nodded. Still not paying attention. How weird that you are basically only servicing a drive thru. Close the inside of your facility then?????!! Not to mention flies everywhere . Was kind of grossed out.

I’ve come to this dunkin countless time and it was good, but recently it has been horrible. I went there today and get coffee and they were horrible. It just tasted like straight up black coffee with barely any cream which is not what we ordered. Do I went on the tell them I want them remade and the guy never even acknowledged me. Then finally after 5 minutes of waiting he finally helped me. He gave me new drinks but they tasted the same as the ones we first got. It’s like he never even tried to make them better. I am just absolutely disappointed in this dunkin. Never coming there again!

I’ve given this particular store several chances as I live close by. They’re usually pretty on point with their coffee and the line moves pretty quickly but there’s something wrong with their ovens or something because a lot of times the food tastes like propane or something (can’t quite pinpoint it). But today was the final straw. I asked for a cold brew with cream and got a half full cup of cream. Didn’t want to be a nuisance though so I just took it home and added some more coffee it. I also asked for 25 assorted munchkins and got 90% plain and 10% powdered sugar.
