This is the first time I’ve ever gave a review on this app, mind you, a 1 star review. I’m not sure if the person on the speakerphone is the manager or just a worker (I’m assuming the manager based on someone else’s previous review. Nonetheless, this person has a very poor attitude and customer service skills. I felt as if every question I asked about the menu was treated as if I was doing/asking something wrong based on their tone. Nonetheless, I will be going to the new Starbucks across the street from now on.

I placed my order in the drive-through and I got home to find out that three orders of my hashbrowns were missing. I asked the lady to double check to make sure all my order was in the bag because I did not want to hold up the long line that was behind me. And she confirmed that everything was in the bag only to find out that my hashbrowns were missing. When I called the store, they said yes we have your hashbrowns here but we cannot give you a refund and then I would have to come back. I ordered these for breakfast for people that were visiting and I was not going to drive back from Bristol just to pick up hashbrowns. They said they cannot do any refunds.

Thumbs down. The lobby is never open. There’s always a line. It’s 1pm on a Saturday, I’m literally typing this up while in line in the drive-thru. I’m just trying to pick up a mobile order. It’s been 20 minutes. They never listen when I ask for “less ice”
