Drive thru here is ridiculously SLOW. Was about 4 -5 cars in line and took 20+ minutes to get through. Then the mobile order I had placed 30 minutes prior was wrong. Don’t waste your time going here. The extra 5-10 minute drive to another nearby dunkin will save you time and the hassle.

This location isn’t the best, but its not the worst either. The staff is usually pretty good but every few times I go there’s an attitude problem there. I ordered hashbrowns with my food and got down the road to see there were none. I was in a hurry so I called to let them know and they said I could get some next time. Well next time I was told it wasn’t happening. That being said most of the time they get the order right but they have messed up my coffee before too.

I ordered coffee with almond milk and no whipped cream. I repeated the order to confirm almond milk no whipped cream. The order came with whipped cream. I said no I can’t have whipped cream and they scooped it off. No I cannot have whipped cream. Then, I finally got a new order I think. They went out of sight. All that hassle and the coffee was terrible. They do not listen to the customer.

We went here Saturday night at 645pm. The young man who was working was sitting on a chair, with his girlfriends head on his lap. He pointed for us, through the window, to not come in and gave me a thumbs up for backing out of my parking spot. They were not closed just avoiding work. I have tried to call multiple times to complain to a manager, as I am sure they are losing a lot of business because of the help they have hired. I will be filing a complaint with corporate as well as the Better Business Bureau since no one there can take the time to answer the phone or hire people who will actually do their job. I am sure corporate would love to hear they are losing money and paying workers who are turning away customers, which after reading reviews seems to happen a lot at this location. Dunkin is a great company and the franchise owner of this location should be ashamed.

I stop here to grab a coffee and muffinwhile driving through Algonquin this morning. As I began to eat the muffin I realized the muffin was uncooked in the center. I have had no luck getting someone to answer the phone at the store or at corporate. Total failure of quality control at all levels with this.
