I had a sourdough breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was pretty good. I also had a coffee which was slightly better than a truck stop’s, probably not worth the price difference. I decided, unfortunately, to use the restroom while I was there. I had to be buzzed in like it was some sort of safe room, but the only thing safe behind the door was a restroom that probably hasn’t been cleaned since the building was built.

Crew members were polite but the manager on staff was extremely rude and dismissive. I ordered a sweet black pepper bacon wrap and it came undercooked. Cheese wasn’t even melted. I ordered hash browns but never received them. When I drove back to get my order corrected I was met by nothing but attitude and laziness. So I asked for a refund. No apology, nothing but a wave of his hand ushering me to get out hit drive through. Extremely disappointing, I’d rather take my money somewhere with good customer service.

The workers there were really sweet but the manager is pushy and rude. When they messed up my take out order and I politely asked for a refund, the manager was completely rude and out of line!! I’ve gone to this Dunkin’ for 3 years and I’ve never been met with such poor customer service until very recently. I understand being overwhelmed over the holidays but treating your customers like trash, especially loyal customers, isn’t the way to go. Especially when you’re met with kindness.

Manager is super rude. Always gets orders wrong. I took a video of him arguing with another customer through drive-thru. The customer kept saying that her order was wrong and the manager accused her of lying.. he gets my order wrong a lot too. When I call him out he never apologizes, he just says “give me more money, I charged you for this” super unprofessional

The 1 star is because that’s the only way I could post the review. This is the worst Dunkin I have ever visited. I ordered a latte and an order of hashbrowns. I was handed my hashbrowns with a napkin and the ketchup inside the hashbrown sleeve. I asked for a bag. He said he can’t give me one. I asked how he can hand me my items like that. If I ordered a donut would I get a bag or would you hand it to me in a napkin? He said it’s not up to him. This is unacceptable. Poor food handling practices and even worse customer service.
