We waited about 25 minutes just for 3 blasts, the woman at the front was even rude to her fellow employees she was working with. She didn’t allow the man to take our order, even nudging him away without giving him an opportunity to even learn if he was new. We were ignored when trying to address the issue. Lack of professionalism and energy to do the bare minimum. I’ve gone to better Dunkin’s in Chicago, that says a lot.

My husband stopped going to this location months ago. I won’t come here again. We sat in the drive through for 20 minutes for an iced coffee, 2 donuts, and omelet bites (which came out brown and overcooked). It would have been faster and better service if I had gone to the West Dundee or Algonquin location , even though they’re further from my kids’ school where they had VBS. Save yourself the time and headache and go to a different dunkin!

I only stop at this store in the morning early i used to stop on my way home and got tired of have coffee grounds as my last sip and mouthful of grounds. Its constant and they dont care that one girl has the personality of a stick and she doesnt care if there are grounds in your coffee or not.

while placing my order I informed them I had a Dunkin donuts app offer (free stuffed biscuit bites with drink purchase) When I pulled up to the window it came out to $7.77 (ridiculous price for a small coffee and biscuit BITES)

I order hot coffee with caramel cream and sugar but first they gave me a cold coffee then they gave me a coffee with not caramel and no cream no sugar. When I asked the employee he said there is everything in the coffee. It was so bitter and it ruined my Black Friday Holiday.

I skipped the drive-thru cause lines was too long. I am so happy I did. I went inside to place my order, and there was this tall doughy guy making drinks for the drive-thru. Unfortunately he was openly coughing and sneezing in all of the drinks and he was not wearing a mask. So in essence this guy’s was spitting in everyone’s drink order from the drive-thru and to make matters worse non of the other employees seemed to care. They acted as if it were no big deal. How absolutely disgusting. I’d use the names except there are no name tags. Please beware of the tall doughy guys making your food and drinks. YUK!!!!!
