I’ve been there 2 times and both times they didn’t have enough employees to serve everyone. They were mostly focused on the drive up window then the people in the store. It’s not the employees fault, they do work hard and as fast as they can. They are friendly employees but looked over worked.

Went to order a simple Carmel ice latte and the guy that took the order kept talking over us. I said medium 3 times and still didn’t get it right. He still gave me a small! Then had the nerve to come to the window and argue.

This place always got my order wrong. All I’m asking for was a GLAZED donut. GLAZED . Simple thing cant be done. Either they need more english speaker at order booth, or double check with customers.
