These folks at DD are very nice and warm. Every time I go there, they give you a big smile and food is good as well. To me people are more important as they make or break a business, and these folks are making the business better. I would like to name some folks: Sofia, Adriano, Julian, Lizette, Andrew and last but not least Electra. These are some of the very best folks. Owner of the store should be proud.

Manager with glasses has been rude to me before through the drive thru. Today he provoked angry customers to come in and make a scene. I had to remove my daughter and myself from inside so my daughter wouldn’t witness something and get scared. I think I’m done coming here.

I always stop in on my way home from work to get an iced caramel latte. Usually they are good but tonight I don’t think the guy who was working knew how to make it. I had foam on it and it tasted nasty and it was really dark. All a latte is is espresso milk and Carmel how can they screw that up. Plus it wasn’t even filled

Ever since the remodel, it’s been terrible service and quality. I’m a daily coffee & bagel mobile app user. They have messed up my order 2 times this week, even though it’s nothing special, and ordered clearly through the mobile app. Today, they put liquid sugar instead of Splenda in my coffee, so I can’t drink it due to my stomach surgery. When my bagel is right, it’s burnt. They passive aggressively push me to the 2nd window every morning for their drive thru time counter, even though I’m the only one in line. I was so excited to give them my money now that they are on my new daily commute and blocks from my house. They used to be great when they were a walk-in. I’ll take my daily purchase to Dundee Ave location.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is always so passive aggressive for no reason, and they are always forgetting something, either they completely forgot my order while I’m waiting 5 minutes in the drive thru, and they come to the window to simply ask me again what I ordered; to then start making it. For example today, I got two cappuccino blast and there both different sizes and one of them they forgot the topping and put in on with the lid still on, so I now have ice cream on my pants

I don’t know what happened to this place but since the remodel the service has went way down. They say it’s 24 hours but I go through the drive thru to order a coffee and nobody helps you. The lights are all on and it seems like they just ignore you. Won’t be returning after this happened twice this week now.

I ordered a decaf latte along with an almost $20 order. I noticed on the receipt it didn’t say decaf. They said I didn’t say it but I did. I’m 17 weeks pregnant and always order decaf when I’m pregnant. Of course there’s a chance I didn’t say it (although I definitely think I did) but to argue about it is insane. They wanted me to pay it again to make it decaf which I get it but there was no apology instead it was an attitude. I’ve been to other Dunkin’ Donuts and think I’ll go out of my way to go to the other stores to avoid this for their lack of customer service.
