Ahhhh…. nothing like starting your day with a Butter Pecan Latte from Dunkin! This location was really awesome- My wife wanted a decaf and I screwed up and ordered a regular. They were kind enough to fix it and both of our drinks were ice cold and delicious! Fast service, too 🙂

Went through the drive-through watched the lady in the drive-through hand, my food to the car in front of me. The person in front of me said it was not theirs gave it back. When I pulled up she handed me the same bag never changed the donuts inside when I questioned it, she said, I didn’t know what I was talking about, and became very, very rude, I do not recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts. The employees are rude and don’t know what they’re doing.

Order wasn’t correct, I had a free coffee on my app and didn’t get it. The girl through the drive through had no idea what she was doing. I got a side of snakin bacon, it wasn’t cooked all the way and it wasn’t correct and they only gave me 2 slices. It wasn’t the snackin bacon they gave me. It was just a side of bacon. I had to go inside to.complain and they gave me a different one and still wasn’t correct. Don’t bother going to this location. It’s a waste and of time and money.

If your out of a flavor dont just put another one say something its not that hard to say something ! Starbucks is down the road and they are way nicer. I recommend going there instead don’t waste your money here. The location needs to get it together especially morning

My wife asked me to get doughnuts from dd cause thay are supposed to be Fresh, I love Jewel Osco donuts cause the price, any way I came to DD for Fresh Donuts that not were fresh at all, and service needs to improve, guys too busy talking to each other.
