They literally charged us for a ice coffee we didn’t order and also then the manager cursed at us in his native language… so yea… not good at all… they charged us for something we didn’t ask, I would not recommend

Localization at 351 S Randall Rd. Elgin IL. Terrible unprofessional service. Placed order for ice cream cake in person at this localization on Tuesday for pick up morning Saturday. There were two employees at the moment order has been placed; they requested me to fill out paper form, said I do not need any receipt or confirmation of my order and the order will be ready by 8 am Saturday. When I show up for pick up, I learn they “did not take my order”. Nobody tried to contact me to say that they are not proceeding with my order, regardless of having my phone and email address as this info was input on order form I filled out. They just left this news as a surprise for me when I was picking up my uncompleted order. None of employes did offer any apologies for this situation. They just simply stated that they did not take the order! I will not be going to this localization ever again and highly advise for everyone to choose different localizations or different franchise as well.

I wouldn’t even give it a one star is really bad service. The morning shift the ladies have a bad attitude always. Even when they make a mistake they always would blame it on the customer and they yell at you. They wouldn’t care if they were wrong they would not give one the customer order. I work 3rd shift I just want it my coffee I got plenty of things to do after that I am no able to sleep as soon as I get home. Deal with their attitude is not one of that things I need right that instead. I even told them that I don’t care if they charge me more but they kept yelling and I wasn’t going to take it because is not the first time. I will let them pass previously but that was it they are mean and their attitude is bad!!!! I don’t think thats what customers will like to deal with on their mornings. Really bad service!!!!!

Might need to work on their drive thru mobile orders a bit… arrived there approximately 10 minutes after I ordered my food. Got there and were clueless about my mobile order, handed me my drink but made me go inside to wait on my breakfast sandwich. Keep in mind I had ordered 10 minutes prior arriving to the place, it also didn’t seem as if they were short staff either which I would totally understand if they were but from what I saw they weren’t.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Slow service. Stood in line for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order that was messed up. They still gave me attitude about making my order the correct way. I would rather pay extra to go to Starbucks where I have never had issues there before.
