My coffee was fine. But the issue is the customer service. The lady “meena” at the drive thru window has a horrible attitude, she’s rude. It’s been multiple times I’ve had a bad experience. She almost tosses your coffee at you through the car window. She gets mad if you want to add to your order, saying “it can only be done at the speaker”. And if she gets your order wrong, it’s your fault. You’d think management would put more people friendly at their drive through. Has anyone else experienced the same??

The girl that took my order perfect customer service skills. The Man with the glasses very rude and this is all the time. I stopped going here for this reason even though it was convenient for me. He just points at amount to pay because I was like how much. And doesn’t even say thank you & when he talks it’s in a very rude way! No napkins/No bag smdh!

Customer service is horrible! Always very defensive and demanding for no reason. Online always take over 10 min just for one coffee and a donut just for it to always be incorrect. The older woman who works the drive thru always has an attitude when you ask for the correct item, save your money go elsewhere! Theirs thousands of Dunkin’ Donuts around Franklin park

This Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins has thee worst customer service ever!! I do not recommend anyone going to this Dunkin Donut location. I requested a simple scoop of ice cream and the old man servicing was the rudest old man I have ever met. Maybe he was having an off day and I understand that but I refuse to tolerate anyone’s disrespect. Long story short, don’t come here unless you have no other option. If you want coffee just go to Starbucks it’s at the corner not too far from there. For ice cream, go elsewhere if you can.

the lady at the drive thru in the morning absolutely hates it when you use a coupon. she is super rude and will make snarky comments in english and her language to her coworkers so if anybody goes here please use your coupons at this location and not the other dunkin’s.
