They don’t deserve any stars! I would go on the negative side with no problem. I was there on 3/14 and OMG i waiting 28 minutes in drive thru. There was only 3 cars in front of me! When i pulled up to the microphone NO ONE said a thing and when I said “Hellooooo” i received a response 4 minutes after. Also when i pulled up by the window i was asked again what i want……… NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY!

If I could give it 0 stars I would this is the filthiest Dunkin I have ever been to the staff is rude they can never make a drink right always out of the most popular ice cream flavors I could go on your better off getting a coffee at the gas station across the street I don’t even recommend going to the streamwood or Schaumburg location bc they have the same owner and same issues

The employee Tyzjere was rude. I ordered coffees and payed, then can up for the $3 dozen donuts, but she didn’t come up to the cashier until both me and my boyfriend looked at her sitting in the corner on her phone. She then looks back at us and says, “ you wanna order?” That is not a way to treat a costumer. I always go to the Dunkin’ cuz it’s closest to my house, but some of the people who work there are rude and don’t treat other right.
