Oh, what a delightful morning adventure at Dunkin’ Donuts! After our riveting Fajar prayer session, we embarked on a quest for the ultimate donut satisfaction. Bright and early at the crack of 6:00 AM, we thought we’d catch the donut magic, but lo and behold, the establishment was playing a game of hide and seek! ️‍♂️ Apparently, in this era of high-tech wizardry, the concept of “open” still remains elusive to some.

Came in for a dozen donuts & a medium black cold brew and the cold brew was the worst- watered down, tasted like grounds & just all around terrible.. cold brew should be dark and strong this looked like a tea. Also waited inside for almost 10 minutes for the cold brew because they only prioritize drive thru and inside customers have to wait forever for one single drink.. my cashier said his scanner wasn’t working for my dunkin app to pay and asked me to pay a different way when I had specifically loaded my app to pay with it. All around poor customer service and beverage quality..

This location is a mess. The hours are incorrect but there’s no way to know exactly when this place opens and closes because you could pull up to place or pick up an order well before closing or well after they’re supposedly open and nobody will even bother answering the phone or coming to the window to say what their actual hours of operation are. This was our experience at 11am on a Sunday – us and the 6 cars we watched pull up, wait, and leave while we sat in the parking lot trying to get an order cancelled since they clearly aren’t operating on regular hours, if at all.
