I’m a big Dunkin fan. And I travel a lot so I drink coffee fairly frequently. But this Dunkin, which happens to be the closest to my house house, is terrible. They are consistently out of items, whether it be drinks, eggs, syrups, large cups, lids, you name it. It always takes a very long time to get your order, and that’s when the walk in aspect of this store is open. Many a time I have been by and the store is actually closed, only drive thru.

Service is very slow and not organized. Staff don’t know what items ar for those in the drive thru line and those waiting for their items inside the store. Donuts were thrown into bag and were smashed a bit. The breakfast sandwiches took 8 minutes to be maid and were not well out together. Avoid this location for your Dunkin needs if you can.

Terrible service time. This particular Dunkin takes an average 2mins to serve 1 car thru their drive thru. Coffee is not always hot. I had them remake my coffee twice. Use the Dunkin in Gilberts instead. They are much faster.

We’ve had a plethora of bad experiences at this Dunkin, but today was the worst. I got an avocado toast with tomato and the tomato was frozen solid. There is a sign on the speaker (so you don’t see it until you’ve already waited 20 mins to get there since this is the slowest Dunkin in the area). They are out of medium and large iced cups, all refreshers, caramel and their frozen machine is broken. So basically unless you want black hot coffee, you’re out of luck. I’ve been served the wrong thing several times, had coffee that tasted like water, coffee that is room temperature when it was supposed to be hot, and the list goes on. I’ve never had this consistently bad quality from any fast food place ever.

Constantly out of everything! It is so frustrating, this location is super convenient but I don’t think I have ever placed an order without having at least 1-2 things out. Today it was the mango refreshers how are you out of the item you are promoting on your signs!

Very disappointing Dunkin’ on many occasions. This includes drinks being filled 3/4 of the way, many inconsistencies with taste and temperature, and a lack of integrity. If you have to visit this location, please don’t bother. Drive several miles east on 90 and you’ll soon be met with establishments that care.

The worst dunkin. Lady eating with her gloves on behind the counter. Never get your order right. And when I asked for ice to water down the bunch of cream(I asked for 1 cream) the two young girls said, “Why don’t you just go to Starbucks.” I wish there were one on the way to work because I absolutely would. What a joke.

I find it rude that the staff seem like they don’t want to assist you. I’m Muslim ( I don’t eat pork ) and the lady asked me if I wanted bacon on my toast.. I just let it slide because she said “oh nvm” . But yeah won’t be coming here.

It says open but won’t let people in ??? How are truckers or people with large vehicles supposed to get there coffee if you won’t let people in when you are open??? You have 5 people working but yet can’t open the door. Till 7am most people are working by then. Do better

Okay Dunkin’ location but hit and miss on whether your order is made with care. Don’t order anything complicated and you won’t be disappointed. Drive-thru can get very busy and slow. Good for walk-in orders but also sometimes closed unexpectedly.
