This is the ABSOLUTE BEST Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredibly friendly, the coffee somehow tastes better than other Dunkin locations, and they always have a great selection of bakery. I work down the street and stop in every morning before going into the office, the whole staff knows my coffee so much so that they had it ready for me before I even walked in the door this morning! AMAZING!!

I walked Dunkin’ at about 12pm on 9/21/22. The one worker tells me to hold on. That’s understandable. I continued to wait while he finished cleaning an oven. Still being patient about 3 minutes later he says can I help you. I ordered a spice latte. The gentleman then screams Hot or Ice!!! Taking a back I said huh?? Excuse me? I’m not exaggerating when I tell you he then began to yell Hot or Iced? Hot or Iced!!! At least 3 more times. WTH?? I then turned around and walked straight out the door. This treatment is unacceptable and I will not be giving this Dunkin’ any of my business ever again. And encourage others to do the same.
