The service needs improvement. The staff provide the customer experience and starting at the drive thru, as soon as I started speaking and asked questions the employee sounded blunt, annoyed, and angry. When I reached the window I was greeted by another shorter gentlemen who was smiling and happy and was kind enough to stop me from leaving because I almost forgot part of my order. This could’ve redeemed my experience at the drive thru. However, the darker complexion slimmer taller guy with the big hair looked at me with a mean face, (I hope a manager can hear and see this through a camera) Not sure what his problem was but it was only them two and this was definitely the guy taking my order through the speaker. I ate my food but didn’t feel safe eating it because the thought of him spitting or mishandling my food out of misery crossed my mind. Not going back there again unfortunately. I provided descriptions of your employees so the very rude one can be replaced, retrained, or recorded and supervised. I do not appreciate this type of behavior. I didn’t even enjoy my food just thinking about this.

Very bad service and appearance at this establishment! Not all but the majority of employees are unprofessional and ghetto like!! Especially thru drive thru! Service is the worst, from the start at the speaker, its greeting-less hard to understand and takes so long that they even have all customers pull up in the front to be served instead of at the window!! Two thumbs down, don’t recommend to anyone!!!

Just went through the drive thru 15 minutes ago service was great coffee was terrible, had white particles floating in it as if cream was spoiled, and coffee had oil spots. Manager here needs to make sure pots are cleaned and everything is fresh. I will never go to this location again.

Terrible service. The girls there in the morning tried to give me a small instead of a large. I had to then go inside to make sure they made the correct drinks. They got all defensive. Telling me “how I was talking to them”. One girl was staring me down. Then they started going crazy telling me to leave and even one was swearing. Unprofessional. DON’T go to this location.
