I stopped at this DD because they didn’t have a line in the drive-thru. I purchased multiple items. My order was a little over $18. My ice coffee was very bland. I added for sugar, but there wasn’t any in my drink. I had to park my vehicle and go into the store to have my drink fixed. Once I was in route to take my children to school, we discovered the croissants were burned on our breakfast sandwiches. This is not okay, do I not plan to visit this location again.

Got my order wrong twice. I happened to look st the label on the cup and it had 6 sugars and no cream. I asked for one equal and five creams. Had to leave work to bring it back. Manager had nasty attitude and didnt want to comp the order. Gas isnt free nor is my time. First time they handed me a bag with the wrong food order. Just dont go to this one. My coworkers said they are always rude and getting orders wrong as well as over charging and not giving you a receipt. Ridiculous.

Service was poor and store has pests. They swiped my card and walked away and put down my ice tea at a different register. I stood there waiting and then the staff said my ice tea was over there. Never occurred to them to hand it to me or at least put it by the register l ordered at. To top things off a millipede fell onto my table halfway through my drink. See picture. I got up, threw out the drink and left.

Be aware when placing walk-in mobile order, sometimes when they are short staffed they close the lobby. Then you’re stuck waiting in an even longer drive thru line than normal. I get that they need to close the lobby, but they need to disable walk in mobile order when they do that.
