Food is alright. I was going in there almost daily for a break in between jobs. Manager always seemed in a sour mood. I stopped going because same manager threw my drink out while I was in bathroom. She had seen me heading towards the bathroom but had said she thought I left. Didn’t apologize or give refund.

This location is an absolute disaster. Drinks are consistently made incorrectly. Food is served cold and your lucky if they even toast your toast. The management here is obviously careless and does not have any interest in making sure orders are correctly fulfilled and the food that comes out is edible.

The guy working the drive through at 8AM Sunday May 7th was amazing. I wish I would have gotten his name, but he made my day just from his personality. Hearing him speak through the speaker had me smiling before even getting to the window. It was fast service and well made too. Will definitely be coming back to this location.

Sat in and had coffee yesterday and was so horrified with how one specific employee (possible manager) was treating her co-workers. Coming out into the seating area and yelling at the top of her lungs “who did this? Don’t you ever do this again” at them for stacking cups incorrectly and belittling them loudly in front of customers. If she is reading this: I am sorry that you somehow learned to communicate in this way, but you absolutely can not treat people like that. There is zero reason to ever speak to someone that way, regardless of how they stack cups, there are so many other ways to communicate concerns . To the other employees: I’m sorry that happened, you deserve a work place that does not involve toxic and verbally combative co-workers.

Wow, that was an AWFUL experience just to get a coffee with cream. Entire staff ignored me for 5 minutes then girl took order and walked out the door….no one actually made the coffee, then the remaining staff ignored for 6 more minutes. When I asked they all acted like I was the inconvenience. Next level incompetence and unbelievably time consuming, thanks DD staff for making me late to work.

About a week ago the lid came off my coffee and the entire contents spilled all over my car. I contacted corporate and got no response. I started going to the other DD, but returned here today for convenience. The lid came off as soon as I put the coffee in the cup holder. The person at the window apologized and I left. I put the lid back on and when I went to exit my vehicle it came off again. I called the location when I got to work and no one answers. I won’t be going to this location at all anymore. What a way to start the day!

Was not pleased with the service. The girl who took our order was short with us and had a bad attitude. The place was not busy but she acted as if we were an inconvenience. When she rung us up, she didn’t speak to us and her attention was on a conversation irrelevant to work. We felt like we were bothering her. They had bad communication and we were asked multiple times if we were rung up. Again, not busy but they were running around and seemed lost and disorganized. On top of that, we only got 11/12 donuts.
