What sweet people that work at this Dunkin. Derek & Lilly paid for my mango pineapple refresher today. I’m there quite often & through no fault of them they haven’t had my flavor & had to go to a different location. When I ordered today & went to pay they paid. How nice to see young people that actually care about their customers. I’ve been having issues with corporate customer service & it’s good to see that the actual people who work in the stores aren’t like corporate.

Walked in to order and it took 15 minutes for my order to be completed. When it was ready it was thrown on the counter with a very quiet mumble from a worker and no receipt on bag to tell whose order it was, ended up taking things out of the bag just to see which one of us in line was supposed to get it. After all of that, I get to my car and the wake-up wraps don’t even have sausage in them. Just an egg and a crunchy shell with some cheese. Too hungry to go back in and wait another 15-20 minutes (long line of people waiting like me for their orders) to ask for new food. Very disappointed.

I usually have a Fabulous Experience at this Dunkin. But, for the past month the Female Employees always tell me the kitchen is closed. They only have doughnuts available. It’s because they do not want to clean the toaster ovens after they make the food. HOWEVER, if it’s the male employees on duty. They will gladly make you breakfast at 2pm. I just don’t understand it, unless the Dunkin Franchise owner hired former McDonalds Employees, from across the stree. that were fired for not cleaning the broken ice cream machine. Then that explains the lack of customer service, and laziness in wanting to please a customer to want to return the South Elgin, IL S.McLean Blvd l9cation.

I come here every morning before work as it’s right next to my house & the only one on my way. They always just throw my donut in face down so literally all the icing comes off & it’s a complete waste of money. The morning staff always have a bad attitude. I find that the evening staff are a bit nicer. Really wish they would put a little bit more effort in. It’s not that hard to just gently place the donut in the bag.

I usually go there a lot in the morning and doordash, and compared from before and now, I can tell this place is falling down. Last time I went in they took nearly an hour for just one drink and 2 hashbrowns, the lady literally asked me what I was waiting for as if she never took my order, then you guys messed up the donuts I wanted in doordash too. This place used to be a good hangout spot for me and my friends too but their poor quality service has made us dislike this dunkin. I expect better as I used to work here too.

I usually try to avoid this location but it’s next to my house and sometimes I don’t pass another one. The orders are frequently wrong, the service is slow. This most recent and will be the last time I ordered 2 toasted bagels shortly before 6 am. I had to wait 5 min (though only 1 car behind me and nobody inside) for 2 untoasted, stale, hard, smashed bagels.
