Most expensive location around, please save yourself frustration and just drive the extra 5 min to another one, its not worth it. They mess up my order way more frequently than they’ve ever gotten it right. I only get an egg and cheese croissant and 9/10 times they burn it, put bacon, forget the cheese or all of the above. Coffee is never consistent, it will taste different everyday depending who makes it and what mood they’re in. If you actually want you’re order right, go literally anywhere else.

I am a disabled person. It was unfortunate that I had to walk to the far end of the counter to place my order. I do appreciate the staff member who saw me walking (hobbling) up to the door and he came and opened the door for me. Next time I guess I will just use the drive through. Good donuts but they do seem to get smaller.

I hadn’t noticed this Dunkin’ before & was happy to find this Dunkin I ordered a Chai Latte on the app & when I arrived there were several workers none of which greeted me& after waitin near mobile pick up someone finally came over &asked me what I wanted I said my order & the other worker who had her back to me & ignored me said something to him & he said they can only make it cold which I did not want not only that he said to come back later she didn’t offer me my $ back or apologize Not very good customer service at all!!! So I’m out $6!!!

Below standard quality, and the frequently mess up orders or LEAVE THE LID OFF THE TOP. Three times now I have had my coffee spill all over the lot or in my lap. First time I was like “ok it happens” Second time i caught it outside my car window. Third time was yesterday and the final straw as I lost half my coffee because they cant click a lid on. Avoid this Dunkin it is sloppy

Just went in to try to surprise the kids with a dozen donuts and the clerk seemed to only want me to take what she had in one of 3 boxes. She seemed very inconvenienced that I wanted a different selection. More people came in & she now tried to rush me more, I was trying to allow her to help the other customers, but after the lack of customer service I left without my purchase.

The last 3 visits my donuts have been hard as a rock and all of the frosting seemed to be missing. Not to mention the lids on the coffees are rarely put on properly and pop off while trying to drink and then empty some of drink on you while driving.
