I don’t know what it is about this Dunkin, but after for going here for months they never get your drink right. If they do, the coffee tastes like dirt water anyway. You are much better off going to the Starbucks next door because it won’t be a waste of your money.

Customer service was ok got our order wrong but the were very apologetic but they added way to much green tea to my refresher and ice when I said less ice and it’s taste Super watered down and has very little flavor of strawberry dragon it was litterally very light in color other items in my order are completely fine I didn’t like that they gave us the wrong size and had to pay $4 for a tasteless drink I will be going again still

My friend ordered an iced coffee through the drive thru and received the strangest tasting drink i have ever seen a Dunkin make. It tasted bitter and water down and when we went back again to ask the employee to remake it she took back the original drink and forced my friend to taste the new drink while she brought another coworker to come watch as well. Im almost positive they just took the same drink and poured it into another cup because the drink they remade was just as horrendous. Will not be coming back and thanks a lot for making my friend awkwardly and uncomfortably drink your bad drink.

Went for a quick lunch. I had a gift card so I got a very hot and good egg and sausage sandwich. I forget to get cheese. Also had a latte that was great. I still have another card so I’ll be back.

We stopped in the drive thru with no other cars in sight or customers inside. I figured it would be rather quick but the person taking our order asked us 5 times to repeat our order and we still didn’t get the right drink. It was an oat milk latte. They missed the oat milk part. I consistently have back luck with Dunkin at ever location. Will not be going to Dunkin anymore.

A worker there (I think their name is Norma, ID 132945) refused to honor the free medium coffee on 9/29 despite the app showing the promotion and me showing it to her. She stated since the DD app was not working she could not honor the offer. When I called the customer service line however, it states that it should absolutely still be honored. How in earth is it my fault DUNKIN has poor technical support?
