Omg terrible! I went on Monday ordered a hot coffee 7 cream 7 sugar. Absolutely no sugar. Spoke to District Manager about garage outside of drive up window. Went back today ordered the same thing again no sugar. District Manager was at window and garbage was still outside of drive up window. Obviously if it’s dirty on the outside it dirty on the inside, and no one cares there. You can’t ask your employees to care if the District Manager does Not. I will not be returning to this Dunkin Donuts.

I’m usually here every Thursday and Friday to grab a coffee and bagel. The coffee is usually on point and the bagels are usually warm. Three weeks in a row I’ve had the same issue though. Luke warm coffee (wrong flavor too) and cold bagels. I can understand once in a blue moon where it happens, but this is three in a row! Not gonna even mention the false advertising on Veterans Day but no one in the store knew what I was talking about when I mentioned the Veterans Day offer. Hopefully things turn around by the new year…and judging by the other reviews, I’m not alone in feeling their service could be A LOT better!

Customer service was pretty good. I only interacted with one girl the entire time and she was helpful and very mindful of my dietary restrictions. The ice coffee was fine but the hasbrowns were soggy (the kind of feel you get from the oil being to low while frying). I had to wait a few minutes, which I wouldn’t have minded had the hasbrowns not been soggy. Also, they didn’t have most of the stuff I wanted to order. Whoever is managing is making it a lot more stressful for the young workers in there.

I used to love this location. Lately they’re always out of whatever I order in my coffee. Sometimes they tell me. Other times they don’t and just use an alternative without telling me but as a daily coffee drinker I can tell what was used. Usually it’s hit or miss with Dunkin and lately it’s been a miss. The staff is nice enough which is why I’m giving this location a 3 star otherwise it would probably be a 1. I would go to another location but this is the only one on my way to work so i take the chance every day and lately I figure I might as well take an extra 5 minutes to go out of my way and actually get what I order.

I don’t believe even after I ordered for $15 worth of food and junk. They are charging for a “cup of water”. Not a fan of “Starbucks” but they don’t charge for a plain water. Such a bad reputation.

Only 1 person taking orders when there was a huge line in the drive through so I went inside. Ignored me until I asked if they only took orders through the drive through. I was told to wait while I watched 4 people slowly cleaning while the 1 person took drive through orders. Not a good location.

I think this might be one of the worst DnD I have ever been to. First, the walk in. The smell from the bathrooms is so off putting. It smells of fecal matter just hits you immediately as you walk in. This location has no concept of how mobile ordring works. My order has never been ready. Even when I give it extra time. The staff is also extremely rude, unprofessional, and lack customer service skills. It is unfortunate because this location is so close to home. If you have another Dunkin on route you are going, go to that one. Avoid this one at all costs.

I am so tired of being harassed by the employees at this location. Today, as I drove through, I attempted to “Tap to Pay” twice. Both transactions were unsuccessful, so I informed the cashier that it may be their system, because I had literally just used the card at Target prior to driving through. The cashier became EXTREMELY argumentative and yelled back at me calling me “rude” for saying that. Serious customer service training is needed before I ever take my $20+ coffee orders to this location again. All she was required to say was, “Thank you. I will look into that. Do you have another way to pay today?” But instead, she chose to argue with me as a customer, blame me as a customer, etc. I wish I could say this is the first time this has happened, but I have had this kind of treatment as a customer three times this past month alone. I literally drive through to buy coffee and breakfast every single day and to be treated this way as a paying, regular customer is absolutely unacceptable.
