I have tried to go to this location numerous times, I have had to go in a couple times so they can fix my orders. I’m super disappointed that they lack on how to make coffee drinks and to be honest it’s almost always the same morning crew. This was a small cold brew with almond milk and one pump of flavor but please tell me where the coffee color is . Majority of the time all I pay for is milk it seems.

I’m not sure who’s doing the hiring here or TRAINING if there is any. But the employees have the worst attitude. I thought it was a joke at first when the girl at the window had the biggest RBF face and said she had no order for me. When I had JUST ordered at the speaker 2 seconds before. I was confused and she just said she didn’t have my order that I didn’t give my name. They didn’t ask for my name and what does that matter. Someone had JUST taken my order. I told her I didn’t want anything anymore and she just said “ok. I don’t care!” What!?!? Ok. Hope the owner reads these bc he’s such a nice man. And these people are ruining his business. There’s a lot of bad reviews.

I will never come here again. If I could I would not give them any star. Second time I have been there, the drive through cashiers are very rude, unprofessional and they are speaking to you like you are not a customer. Please do not waste your time going to this place. Horrible customer service.

I usually don’t come here just because every single time I order a caramel craze latter, something is wrong with it, but I don’t mind when it’s little things like not enough caramel or they forget the whipped cream. Today was a terrible day though. I go in for the usual and when I get to work, I find out there’s no caramel AT ALL. I called, they seemed to be friendly enough to REMAKE the coffee so I went back and when I get there, this older lady seemed nice and took my coffee to remake it but then this teenage girl takes it and doesn’t remake it, but instead dumps a tone of caramel syrup to the point where the entire coffee is thick and fill it to the top with whipped cream. I have a few coworkers that ALL have terrible things to say about this place, take the extra mile and just go to the Dunkin’ on 5756 W Ogden Ave. they are much friendlier and organized
