If you come here. I wouldn’t recommend coming here during the morning. The one staff (male), is very rude and I choose not to spend my money here. The other staff (female), seemed very nice and didn’t try to argue back and forth on something that could’ve been so simple. Normally, I don’t argue with staff at restaurants because the job is already hard enough as it is. But, in this case. Not only was there an argument, but I returned what I had. Went to a different dunkin not far away, and had no issues

Terrible attitude/customer service, from one of the male staff. I made it home before I realized my order was incorrect. I had to go out of my way and fix my order, and the employee and/or owner didn’t even have the decency to compensate me for HIS mistake and my wasted time.

Went to the drive thru and was told I would be charged EXTRA for requesting my drink with no ice. I drove away and went to Starbucks, where they would never do such a thing and coffee is way better anyway. I reported them to the corporate office. Completely insane.

Don’t go here if you wanna deal with unorganized and terrible service. I ordered me a few drinks and the person taking my order forgot to add one of my drinks and gave me a hard time and attitude because she was on the phone talking to somebody else while taking orders. I had to go back around for the other one. I got there at 5:30 in the morning. Very Disappointed and unprofessional.

Normally good. It’s just one lazy worker there who doesn’t want to cook. Store opens at 4am I show up at 545 and you tell me the oven isn’t on. 3xtimes already. Never have a problem with the other workers. Has gotten a lot better since I last posted. Another edited. they never have any product. no chicken, no toast, no swirl. I walk in and she’s chatting it up with a police officer

Not good sevice. I waited in the drive-thru for a long time. I ordered half a dozen donuts. He rung me up for 6 donuts instead of the half dozen price and literally threw the donuts in a munckin box because they didn’t have the flat boxes. They definitely don’t care about customer service. This is the 2nd time I had issues with this location.
