Made my drink wrong and instead of just making it right wants to argue about what I ordered. I pulled up the app and proved my order and there was no apology or acknowledgement and the rude man working there had hands that looked extra dirty, I don’t want him making my food. My hash browns were soggy and my donuts looked meted. The inside is nice and remodeled but the attitudes of the employees suck.

Absolutely horrible location, both in customer service and quality of food. First, the worker acknowledge me in the drive-thru by saying hello as if she was answering a phone call via the intercom instead of Welcome to Dunkin Donuts, how can I help you? I ordered two milkshakes with whip cream. One shake had hair all in the whipped cream. I took it back and no apology from the manager. They just took it and remade it. I took a few sips after leaving and my daughter and I agreed the shakes taste like dishwater. Gave a terrible taste and smell.

Purchased 2 orders of hash browns and a chai latte on 2/14 and the hash browns were NOT edible. Called the store multiple times and a voicemail kept answering. One thing that grinds my gears are businesses that don’t answer their phones. A complete WASTE of money buying food that you can’t eat. Will NOT be back.
