BE AWARE!! Do not let your kids work here. My 17 yr old son was employed here for a about a month or so, the owner didn’t pay him his last check. She claimed my son stole out of the cash register. When I asked for proof she said she can not prove it because they have no cameras. My 15 yr old daughter was going to work there also. She worked a full 8 hour shift without fully filling out the application. ( management said they will finish all paperwork later was short staffed needed help at the time) and they refused to pay my daughter for the one day she worked. The owner is very unprofessional and using these kids for free labor.

This location has a low rating and it’s for a reason. The customer service sucks. It’s absolutely horrible. I stood there for about 5 mins waiting for my order to be taken and no one ever came out until I started calling for them. The next morning they were supposed to be open at 5:00 right now is 5: 30 and they are still not open.

LOOK AT DATES OF PREVIOUS REVIEWS. in the last 6 months its a flat 1 star, sounds like would be 0 if it were an option. This store opened about a year ago in the new fuel station. The original crew was excellent: kind, honest, good food, speedy. They quickly turned over the staff to 2 or 3 very lazy young people. Regular menu items are often unavailable. Orders are often wrong. No one smiles or greets you. Wait times are very long. I spent 10 years in restaurants, but even without this knowledge and experience i would know that this is a horrible establishment. Come to think of it, i have never seen hand washing either. I hope IDPH does come and shut them down. MANAGERS/OWNER, do you want to loose your business???

Hands down the worst Dunkin’ my family has been to in my 30 years of life. Slowest worker with no sense of urgency when 5+ irritated customers waiting. When we finally got the food, the egg was cold in the sandwich. I was going to wait for a refund but I’m confident that would have taken an additional 30 minutes to get my money back. Save your time and avoid this place. I promise driving to another Dunkin’ will be quicker.

Absolute joke of an establishment. 5 employees took more than 15 minutes to make 2 coffees and there were 2 people ordering. Then they managed to mess up my order. Dont think anyone cares though by looking at the previous reviews. Good luck making money with employees like that

Terrible service four people went through the drive-thru before I was even looked at still not even looked at until I’m writing this review can hear them talking about and the one guy says to the other in-house register and he just shook at his head no would rather drive out of my way to layaway location before ever coming back here PS drive-thru not even that busy
