Sometimes people make mistakes on drive-thru orders. Not this time, these cheap POS just decided to this was a good idea. If they just said they ran out of cream cheese or offered something else that would have been perfectly OK. Instead this is what they gave me knowing fully I would have already left. For that, you will get one starts on multiple sights and you just lost a customer. It’s not about the cream cheese, it is about how ignorant they were.

The early morning workers are the best. I’m not usually a Dunkin person but the people at this dunkin In the morning are so friendly and nice they make my start to my day so much better. I will definitely be getting Dunkin more often in the mornings at this location. The guy taking drive thru orders and the lady at the window both need raises, they made my Monday morning so much better
