So disappointed..Ordered a breakfast sandwich, requested bacon crispy, even went as far as to tell them how to achieve this because this location has had difficulty with this request in the past…so “ microwave the bacon twice”. They verbalize that they understand the request and yet when I received my order It looks as tho they didn’t even try!!! Like can we please hold these ppl accountable already, management what r u doing letting your staff get away with this laziness!! It’s was a simple request, the store was not busy, and it’s not like Dunkin is super cheap…. Your Customers work hard for their money and choose to spend it on your products that they very well could get cheaper from your competitors, the least you can do is respect that relationship enough to command the appropriate level of effort from your staff!! Ask for crispy bacon, was told I could get crispy bacon, received barely cooked bacon, Do Better!!

Yoo let me tell you about this amazing place. This is the only Dunkin Donuts I go to in all of Joliet because the people here are some amazing human beings. All my coworkers and supervisors go here and always have amazing experiences here as well! The people are always polite and great attitude! Never messed up my order once. They’re very informative if you need to know anything about their menu. I’m vegan and I didnt know almond creamer (contains cow milk) wasn’t the same as almond milk and one of the male coworker was nice enough to inform me without me even asking! This is the place to go get your daily dose of coffee❤

I just wish they would send me coupons because the shorewood Dunkin sending me coupons consistently so I drive RIGHT past your store to the shorewood Dunkin so I can use all my coupons. Send out some coupons to the neighborhoods your sitting right next too I think you’d get way more business.
