This location has always sucked..But come on. Aside from the flipped donut. The 2 large iced lattes that i payed as much as i would have at starbucks, are chalky and just not good. U have to pay extra for whip cream on the lattes now which I know for a fact is new. And got charged for it without even being asked. Just horrible and disappointing. Such a huge waste of time and money.

I have pretty much had it with this place. It seems they think so little of the customers. I have been getter no my coffee pretty much 7 days a week from there for almost 7 years. Lately it has been one catastrophe with my order after another. I ordered the same coffee as usual and my wife as well. Iced medium caramel cream and two Splendas. They very likely know who I am as they did today. They served us two hot coffees but the man realized that was wrong as we approached the window.
