I love the people who own and manage this store. The woman who owns this Dunkin is hilarious she makes me laugh and smile every time I go to this store. She has younger employees that work there and even they have the greatest attitude and are just as much fun as the owner. I always order lattes and they make them perfect every time. I go to at least four different dunkins a day because i travel throughout illinois every day for work and this Dunkin is the best. A lot of dunkins like to be lazy and mix reg coffee into the latta because they are in a hurry or don’t care but this dunkin. What you order is what you’re going to get at great quality

I feel like family at this store. The only complaint I have is that there’s way too much ice in the cup and not enough drink. I pay $5 for a large tea and get more than half of it in ice also the new rewards program is the absolute worst. I don’t drink coffee, I like chai and I can’t use any of the rewards with chai. Kind of dumb.

We have 2 locations in town last time I went there was 7 years ago. We stopped going because the franchise/ manager is rude, very argumentative when orders are wrong to the point she would get loud with you in front of customers. Today wife went and they got order wrong and guess what, she argued and said we ordered the coffee wrong we order coffee the same at all locations for years so, unlikely. She tells wife she told he order wrong. After arguing she dumps old coffee out and reuses old cup. We have 2 in Minooka, I don’t recommend going here at all!

Once I found out years ago something they did when making their coffee I stopped going there but my husband went for the convenience being closer to us. Now he finally said never again! He bought me a blueberry muffin and an Iced coffee for a surprise. The muffin wasn’t only way smaller than they used to be but it was all raw and wet on the bottom, definitely looked uncooked on the bottom. I called and she told me sorry, her oven wasn’t at the right temperature and to bring it back for another one. When he got there she showed him another one and said see it’s the same, it’s fine, my employees are eating it right now. I have never had a muffin like that from ANY Dunkin!! It was not fine. She didn’t want to give him his money back for it either but finally did and then wanted his phone to take back the point for the muffin! Never will we go there again! The dunkin on ridge by 80 is 100 times better and we’ll only go there from now on!!!!

Their manager is very rude. We called them regarding a missing item we paid for and instead of them addressing the issue and working something out she yelled at us and suddenly hung up. We’ve had many issues with her in the drive thru as well claiming we needed to go all the way back in line in order to receive our coffee we were missing and she always has a rude attitude.

This is honestly the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. We moved here last October and it never fails that each time I’ve gotten an iced coffee that it tastes like dirty water… I even took a break for a few months and decided to give them another try a few weeks ago. My boyfriend and I did a curbside pickup order and it said when we get there to check in so they can make our order and bring it out. Well after waiting for 10 minutes for two iced coffees and 2 donuts, my boyfriend went in and asked where our order was. They said they were very busy and hadn’t started anything yet. In that 10 minute timeframe of waiting out front, there were at most 4 cars that had gone through the drive thru. I just don’t think they care and use coffee from the night before. I really don’t like to leave a bad review, and have never left one before but this Dunkin has been bad every time. And the manager/owner looks at us like we’re crazy for asking for a new drink. I will not spend my money there again. I drive back to Plainfield to get a coffee from Dunkin if I have to.
