the food is fine and the staff is nice, however if you go through the drive up window, be careful with your car. there are so many deep and big potholes that it feels like a massive hazard to go through.

Just left. Iced coffee is as clear as iced tea. Even after two a shot of espresso. Breakfast sandwich has one toasted side and one raw side. Bacon instead of the sausage I ordered. Truly disappointed when you travel across a few states and see your fave coffee place and it’s the opposite quality of what you get at home.

I travel to Minooka twice a year. I generally order 5 dz glazed and 2 dz glazed balls the night before. Prior orders have been no problem. Tonight I ordered, almost two hours before closing only to be told I have to order “days” in advance for an order like that. Guess I’ve made my last order. SMH.

Very fast in the drive thru but the food that gets toasted always has a weird burn taste even though it’s not burnt. It’s been months i’ve gotten things like bagels, toasted crossaints, and hash browns and they’ve all had that burnt taste. I’m not sure if there’s something wrong with their toaster but it’s been months. Guess i’ll have to go to the other one on ridge for the food items.

This Dunkin is mediocre at best. The staff is unorganized, no one even acknowledged I was at the front register for at least 5 minutes. Waited for almost 15 minutes for them to make my coffee and sandwich.

Time after time this Dunkin Doughnuts has either made the drinks incorrectly, overcooked the sandwiches, or just given us the wrong food and always they have very poor attitudes. For 7 years we tried to remain a loyal customer. However today was our last day with this particular store. None of the family will be going to this store anymore. Starbucks across the street or Mcdonalds will be our new breakfast spot.

The peppermint mocha had no peppermint taste at all, and the donut was super small. It’s been a while since I’ve had a donut there, but it sure wasn’t cheaper and it was definitely a lot smaller. Very disappointing this time.

Been going to this place for years, service has gone downhill. Order is always wrong. I literally give specific numbers for cream and sugar as well as the number of pumps and still is wrong. I rather drive the extra couple mins to the one by jewel. They never mess my order up this many times in a row.
