Most of the time, they get the order wrong. In addition, it is extremely dirty inside. Last time I went inside there was a huge bug crawling on the floor. In the picture, it shows the receipt and the order I received. Clearly, those are not bagels but croissants. The croissants are disgusting. The only good thing is the chocolate long john. The people working there aren’t so bad. Some do have an attitude problem when I mention that something is wrong.

The older lady who works the day shift I believe she is the owner is consistantly rude. Today I walked in place my order ” large hit Carmel coffee, cream only” she asked a question but I only heard the word “hot” bc of her mask. I replied “hot coffee yes” she raised her voice & said ” A SIMPLE YES OR NO WILL DO !!!” Began lecturing me on that subject. I asked was she was being so rude & once again repeated BC A SIMPLE YES OR NO WUDA BEEN ENOUGH!! I walked out. My grandkids have gone in there & she has yelled at them for not order quick enough etc. I’ve gone through the drive thru & every time a certain young lady is at the window I never get my right change back. I live half a block down but if I have the time I rather drive to another location. I only go there when I have to.

Usually my favorite DD but lately the drive thru lines are longer and quality is going down. Ordered a medium Charlie cold brew and ice was filled to the rim. Literally a few sips and gone, all ice barely a half of a small in actual coffee. Was in a rush so didn’t bother turning around and waiting again.
