This place used to be great – convenient to get into and out of, friendly staff, and a decent selection of donuts and drinks. Since the remodel in January 2023, it’s been awful. They never have iced tea – they offer green tea as a replacement. Today, the tea is so weak – no flavor and no color. Unfortunately, the employees don’t care, either.

The “kids” who work there don’t care about getting your order right. Tried the order ahead thinking MAYBE they’ll be able to read what I want and get it right…nope. Order through the drive through…forget it. ALWAYS the wrong order. My favorite is when I pay for items then they tell me it’s not available and they have no idea how to refund from the app. The manager is more concerned about a profit than selling fresh product.

that manager rude as hell and the reason why the kids make stuff wrong is because that manager is rude and wants everyone rushing through things expecting them to get it right the first time. I went to the drive thru on 6-30-23. There was a couple cars in front of me. I waited at least 10-15 minutes. I asked why it took so long, the person at the drive thru said they were short staffed. Very poor service!

Got my usual from Dunkin but not my usual spot, this place is bad, I mean bad, coffee was burned and tasted horrible and the muffin, well it was so stale it didn’t even rip apart like a muffin should, I probably could have thrown it threw a plate glass window and maybe ,maybe chip it, absolute trash, never again Palos location never again, you can keep your crusty musty muffin, and scorched earth coffee

Pulled up at the drive thru at 9:40pm, there wasn’t any response after waiting and saying hello so I checked what time they closed online and it showed 10pm. I didn’t wanna bother them as they close in 20 minutes so I just went on my way to see someone in the window doing closing tasks. I wish they would’ve just told us they were closed rather than having us wait for no reason.

Most awful Dunkin I have ever been too. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt 3 times now, they never get my order right and never have my mobile order ready. I ordered two donuts the last time and had to tell them to give me my donuts and told them exactly what the donuts were, 2 chocolate glazed. I got the bag and they gave me regular glazed. Not only do the not know how to get orders right, but they never make a good cup of coffee, it always tastes awful.
