I had high hopes for this Dunkin, previously have worked at a very very clean and well managed Dunkin so my standards were high but being clean is the BARE MINIMUM. I walked in and the kitchen/ coffee area smelled like sweat and mold!! I am not exaggerating. I then was informed that they do not change the tea, iced coffees, or cold brew bags or even dispose of it at the end of the night, which is extremely disgusting and dangerous especially since those bags are only good for max 24 hours. I understand being frugal but this is extremely hazardous and unfair to the customers. The reason why most of the complaints are that their bagels and croissants are hard as rocks is because they do not dispose of them regularly they use the same ones that have sitting in a bin. I cannot see past any of these things beware of this Dunkin.

Dunkin app had a free medium coffee with ANY purchase. I pull up to the drive thru and a BIG ad shows FREE medium coffee with ANY purchase. I buy a donut and ask for a medium coffee. The guy proceeds to tell me the code doesn’t work. I tell him you literally have an advertisement when you pull up that says FREE medium coffee on Mondays. Tells me I have to pay for it and the code hasn’t been working all day. Don’t post signs and false advertise. Place blows!
