The workers are really nice and care that customers have a good experience. The particular order I made through the mobile app turned out to be out of stock, but the worker was really nice and offered me alternatives. For example, I ordered a chocolate croissant which turned out to be out of stock, so she gave me 2 doughnuts of my choice instead. Also, the café is nice and clean and has an appealing atmosphere. The location is good too. The coffee beverage was excellent, just the right temperature and blend of flavor and sweetness. The doughnuts were fresh, warm, aromatic, and delicious.

This was by far the worst ice cream and service I’ve ever had! I’ll never come back to this dunkin’ Donuts. The ice cream was freezer burned, the cones were stale, and the service was terrible. Now I see why they weren’t busy, no one should go there. But being waited on felt like it was packed.

Very skimpy on shakes will fill with 90% milk instead of using the flavor I ask I tried resolving issue with manager and no change they rather lose customers than make a milkshake properly!

Ordered two bacon, egg, cheese on sourdough bread and asked for bread to be toasted. Before we were given food, it was handed out the driver thru window, then taken back and given to us and we were assured they didn’t open it. When I opened sandwich, it was not toasted, cheese was not melted and it was cold. Counter person didn’t know what to say and asked Mgr for her help. She acted disgusted… Took sandwiches back, toasted bread to a burnt level.. Cheese melted. . I can tell you it will be my last time patronizing that particular Dunkin. I would encourage corporate to step in. Franchised stores like this seem to do whatever they want without any backlash.

Today is the LAST Time I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m tired of paying full price for stale food. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!! I specifically asked if the muffin was fresh and I was told they just made them. I was lied to, it’s hard as a rock.

Awful, horrible and all of the above with their service. I am a very patient person and tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I was there with my sister at the time was rushed talked down to and treated very poorly. The lady with blond hair and thin drawn on eyebrows, not only treats customers badley, but treats her coworkers or employees poorly. This is the second time I get told “I have a line by her” I’m aware how the food industry works, but I am also aware of good and bad customer service. I decided to order something simple this morning just so things can be quick and it wouldn’t be too difficult for them, I ordered a medium black iced coffee and an order of bagel bites. When I pulled up to the window they gave me a large black iced coffee instead with the bagel bites. I let the lady know that it isn’t what I ordered and I prefer to have a medium instead she started rummaging through the tip jar to grab change and give it to me for the difference, I told her it wasn’t my concern it’s fine it already happened and if she can give me a medium instead which is what I initially order she said you already paid for it, drink it and throw the rest. I didn’t have time given I needed to be at work, so I proceeded to put the drink in my cup holder and as I do that I hear her say “ I have a line” mind you there was only 1-2 cars behind me that weren’t waiting that long given they came much later then me. I proceeded to drive away and took a bite of my bagel bites to find out it was frozen and wasn’t cooked all the way through. Very disappointed, this location has no customer service, their main goal is to get your money and get you out. There is no respect, the girl who is at the window most of the time shouldn’t be dealing with customers and maybe should be put in the back doing some dishes. The other workers are very sweet and sincerely try to make it up if they do mess up.

I went in and didn’t hear “good morning” or “can I help you” or even get a smile. Breakfast sandwich was cold, coffee was warm. I wouldn’t go back for poor customer service.

Awful customer service. I went through the drive through, ordered, was asked to repeat my order which I didn’t mind, but I made sure to be more clear and said “iced caramel cold brew” to which the employee rudely replied “yeah of course it’s iced, it’s a cold brew.” ??? I was going to order more but she said “is that it?” and I didn’t want to deal with her anymore so I just wrapped up my order. All that just for my order to be wrong anyways.

Horrible customer service, employees don’t care about good customer service. I ordered 2 strawberry coconut refreshers through the drive thru. I got coconut milk only, went back to let them know. I was given attitude by the same girl, handed my refreshers and said “is it better now”. I was so offended. I was not asking for anything for free I paid $10 for these. Not coming back here, taking my business and money where I am appreciated.
