This is my morning dunkin run. Every time I come I am greeted by my name. I tend to almost always order by mobile and my order is always ready by the time I get to the window. Berenice is such a nice person! As well as everyone else!…I have yet to get the other employees’ names though 🙂 if there is a big line, do not panic because it literally goes by fast. This dunkin is always on top of their game!!! So happy it’s on the way to my job!

This Dunkin used to be the best in the area but somewhere down the line they have stopped caring about the customer???? I ordered two signature lattes that were COMPLETELY wrong and they almost didn’t give me the other half of my order….. So avoid this Dunkin if at all possible and give hard earned money to another location or go to Starbucks.

Updating review: Customer service has gotten a bit better, more friendly staff and willing to fix any order issues. Busy location in the morning!! They seem to have also fixed the issue with always being out of every flavor, and the dining area is open again

I ordered a Vanilla long Jonh, One glazed donut, Boston Kreme, and an small iced coffee. When I received my food I noticed when I got home that the donuts weren’t fresh, they were unpleasant to eat, the glazed doughnut looked like it was bit into, and to make things worse when they gave me a hot coffee, even though I told them to give me a iced coffee and if they could please fix it, the lady gave me attitude!
