After a considerable wait at the drive thru. I was shocked when I realized that only one employee was working on a busy Saturday afternoon. How this is possible, is what bothers me? This is a reflection of today’s expectation of minimal reward vs expectation of labor. Either pay that man twenty five dollars an hour Or don’t expect to function as a business. The franchise owner or corporate Dunkin has a moral obligation to respond to this.

I’m leaving this review because I feel the staff does not pay attention to orders. Today was my birthday and my friend ordered sprinkle donuts and had it delivered. We opened the box and not a single sprinkle donut was in the box. I was looking forward to it as it’s one of my favorite things. Today I have chemotherapy treatment on my birthday because I have been fighting cancer. And I just want to stress that employees should pay attention to order details because it was not a fun way to start off my birthday

The only part deserving of even 1 star is the guy who took my order who was sooo friendly. I ordered a half dozen donuts and they all look and feel so old. One of them doesn’t even look like it’s the right color. I also ordered a bagel and it was burnt beyond belief. I have tried coming to this location multiple times because it is close to my work but it is literally awful every time.

I have used this Dunkin Donuts location for years because the coffee is always good and the employees are always friendly. Unfortunately, a manager with 100% bad attitude has ruined this location for me (for now).

I thought it was just me but apparently everyone else who comes to this Dunkin’ has had the same horrible experience. I expressed to the lady at the window that they had previously gotten my order incorrect. A “manager” then approached the window to argue with me about the fact that I would not be compensated or given anything even though they were the ones who got the order incorrect. I go to Dunkin’ all over the city and this one is truly the worst experience I’ve had. Don’t be in customer service to have a nasty attitude and ruin people’s days. Also get it together and get the orders correct. Twice in one week items were forgotten. What’s the point in a drive through if I have to go through it again or get off my car because something is missing. It’s really not acceptable and best believe I will be publicly sharing this horrible experience at this Dunkin on as many social media’s as I can and escalate this just because of how that manager treated me.
