Short storytelling always ends up being a very long almost atmospheric, energetic, chaotic, most compellingly and even lifesaving. My experience this time walking into Dunkin’ right at dawn. The orange sunshine matches the Logo perfectly, as a passenger. I can spot the Dunkin’ logo to my Uber driver on command. We make a quick one hundred and eighty degree’s skip the drive thru and I head on inside. The smells of fresh ground coffee and the nearly tired smiles of the baristas. The people in line definitely needed their beans and Dunkin’ provides. I quickly order; what I am in the mood for? I noticed the cold brew on tap next to the nitro brew. I definitely like my nitro brew but today I wanted something smooth and sweet. I needed a large cold brew with cold foam and two blue Berry glazed as a side. Their was no wait I was served on the spot. Usually sometimes they make you run to the other side of the counter after you paid. They also provide a knife and a fork for a customer who ordered a coffee roll. Along a larger parchment sheet for that person to cut it on at the table. I was pleased and the taste of my cold brew was almost a blast euphoria, it really helped me that day.

Today I ordered same thing and started to tell th they gave me wrong order yesterday, she didn’t even let me speak answering, ” I don’t want to hear about yesterday. ” in a snotty tone. went to this location back in May, there was a fly inside my son’s avocado toast, when I reached out to corporate I was given the run around and redirected to store manager. Store manager blamed it on the avocado company they receive their spread from. They said I would receive a refund in the mail, still have not received. Have reached back out as I didn’t receive anything and still have not heard back from anyone. Have not and will not return to Dunkin after this experience

I was just in drive thru not more then ten mins ago and I ordered a large hot minute dark roast coffee and I got my coffee from the girl I’m driving and realized the coffee wasn’t even hot come on dd for almost 4 bucks a cup you can’t even serve hot coffee I’m make sure next time to just go to the one on Archer because forest veiws dd is really needing a pick up with there service .

If I could give a negative 5 I would. I’ve never saw a filthier place in my life. I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches 2 with sausage and one with bacon. 3 orders of hash browns. When I was leaving I noticed mold all over the wall and a half finished drywall job that looked old. When I got home one sandwich was wrong and my bacon on my sandwich was very sour and uncooked. I called to complain but they have no manager on duty. Didn’t know that was legally allowed. I will definitely be calling the Health department tomorrow.

I’ve been going to this dunkin for my morning coffee for the last couple of weeks and everytime there is an issue. Whether it be the employees are too busy talking to take orders, they get the order completed incorrect because they on not focused on what they’re doing or getting handed a broken cup that covers me in scalding coffed upon my first sip and then getting it remade and having it be wrong. Workers seem like they’re treated well but that doesn’t make for good service considering no one in there seems to care for their job or the product they are providing.

I went in today for my drinks to be remade for there was a mix up but the workers there were more than happy to help me out!!! I was so happy to leave with coffees that I would actually enjoy and they were much better! I definitely had to leave a review and gave them cash tip for their help. Will continue to come again!

STOP! I’m no longer going to this location! Employees are rude & consistently mess up my order & then they argue & try to tell me my order is correct! Everything from lying about adding mocha or turbo shots, to not making simple bacon avocado toast right & then arguing again that I ordered incorrectly. I’ve gone to this spot for 6+yrs & now I will go out of my way to give my business elsewhere.
