Guy at the window who claims he is a manager and wears childish tight sweater vests is always rude for no reason. Has a rushing tone while taking your order and when you get to the window he doesn’t want to speak or make eye contact. Got upset because I asked for sauce for the dry taco they prepared. When I asked what my total was he tapped the total screen outside the window that had the total of the person before me on it. Not sure who made him a manager but they should rethink that!

I’ve never really been satisfied with this Dunkin’. The employees aren’t particularly respectful, and lack manners overall. The drinks are disappointing as well. Got a sweet tea and the syrup all sat at the bottom, meaning it wasn’t stirred and wasn’t added after the tea was poured (which is how it’s technically supposed to be).

We ordered cold brew coffee and refreshers from our app thinking that we ordered no ICE on our cold brew and when we came to pick up the coffee there’s ice on it and he ask if they can remove the ICE. Staff told him that it’ll be extra 1 dollar to have it remove and my husband agreed to it and after that the staff told my husband that he needs to talk to his manager about it first and then manager spoke to my husband it’s going to be the same and they can’t do that and he needs to purchase a new one if I want coffee with no ICE. My husband’s so disappointed because They ut a lot of ice on his coffee and barely enjoy his coffee and also for the fact that they don’t stick to what they said initially that they take out ice and add coffee for additional dollar. Bad customer service. thank you
