I ask a simple request every time I order and then never do it for me. I didn’t receive a wrap and the next day when I came back she would not give me one she knew who I was and that I didn’t receive my order. I see why everyone goes to Starbucks!

The worst Dunkin in the area. Today i ordered a cold brew with sweet foam through the dunkun app and i literally watched them pour me an original blend and just put whipped cream on top. I was told they dont have cold brew, didnt say anything about the whipped cream… Plus the original blend tasted old, AS IT USUALLY DOES AT THIS LOCATION. I only go there on occassion because its on my route. I will be sure to go out of my way to a different dunkin from now on.

I have went to this location twice and both times they messed up my coffee. The first time they put in a little creamer and sugar and like 5 turbo shots, thought my heart was gonna explode. The second time they totally forgot my sugar. Do not go there they can not get a simple coffee order right. Plus they rush you to order and can’t understand what you ask for. Never ever will I go to this location again. Worst location ever. 0 stars is what I wish I could give them.
