I’d give this Dunkin 0 if I could. I’ve given them so many chances due to the convenience of the location on my commute, but being yelled at by an employee because they used a completely incorrect ingredient was the last straw. Stopped going here after being repeatedly hit on by a drive thru worker and a manager (guy wearing a gold chain). They would make suggestive comments and ask increasingly personal questions every time I would come to pick up my online order. I feel bad for the female employees and hope no one else is being harassed by them.

I am a pretty often Dunkin goer. I go to any one of the locations, this is definitely one that would not be my first choice anymore. I used a coupon for 2 dollars that was given through the app for a drink. My total was only a few cents. It made me happy, but apparently not the cashier. She didn’t even hand me my change, just left it on the table. I asked for a slice of lemon for my drink, and I was told they didn’t have any, while I can see lemons on the back counter. Okay then. I apparently can’t get things if I don’t spend over a certain amount. Won’t be fair with everyone. Lied about lemons, of all things.
