Extremely rude workers and drinks are never consistent. I ordered 2 iced caramel lattes and one of them is correct and the other is brown. When I took the drinks inside to get new ones, they didn’t understand what’s wrong with them.

I order through the mobile app frequently here. Employees are always pleasant and quick service. Overall I love their coffee. My only complaint would be often I have to dump ice out from my iced coffee right away because it quickly gets watered down due to the amount of ice put in it. Still a 5 star for me!

I dunno what’s happened over the last year or so but everything has just gone down hill and hard. Not that the standards in Illinois for Dunkin has been set that high to begin with. But what the heck. Customer service is non existent, so rude, so over being there. I get it but it’s beyond just Kurt. The doughnuts are always stale. You never know what kinda quality coffee you’re getting because there is no consistency from one order to the next. I ordered two iced drinks and by the time I get around the corner to my destination they’re half empty. I was wondering why one of the drinks was being poured out into a blender and then then back into the cup again. There’s hardly any coffee in the cup. (I had the same drink prepared in Plano this morning and it was nothing like this) It’s hardly been a good value in the past and was a stop out of habit and convenience. But today trumped it as an absolute waste of time and money.

The people that work here are miserable. The girl with the bad attitude at the counter left us waiting there for entirely too long, because she was too busy texting. I don’t think there has been a single time where my order was done right the first time, and talking to the staff is almost impossible. The best part is, I asked for a job application here last summer, and the girl who answered the phone said that applications were available, but she would never in a million years recommend working here because this has hands down been the worst job she has ever worked at. Even the workers hate it here! With this many one star reviews, you would think management would do something about their horrible hiring choices.

I was a walk in customer this particular location is great with drive through customers but drops the ball with in store service. Waited more than 5 minutes just to place order. My order was filled very quickly after that which I was greatful.

Every single time I try to support our local Dunkin’ I am always let down!!!! The owners and the owners family (I am assuming) are just quickly taking orders and pushing them out. I seriously got a medium cup a milk; I ordered a medium iced LATTE!! Gross. The kids that work in there are wonderful annd show excellent customer service at such a young age. I feel so bad they have to deal with the upset customers and have to work along side of these “employees”. It’s horrible. Today Mya, helped me fix my ‘cup of milk’. Anytime it was anyone OTHER than the owners I have had great service. They need to stay out of the store front and let their REAL employees handle things. Also, add some more damn chocolate to your hot cocoa! I don’t want hot water. Stop being cheap and do things the right way.
