I don’t know what’s up with this Dunkin’, but every time I order, my order is wrong. I order a Turtle Iced Latte every time. One time it didn’t have any whipped cream or toppings, today it was a totally different coffee with a totally different flavor. I ordered a frozen coffee and they forgot the coffee. It was ice with milk and syrup. I ordered a ham & cheese croissant and they gave it to me cold. I don’t mean room temperature, I mean she literally took it out and threw it in a bag. I’m super disappointed. We just moved here and this is my go-to place.

Service was fast and polite. Food tastes as good as usual. Should be 5 stars except the didn’t have the kind of donuts I wanted to order. Their choices were limited – no sour cream, no toasted coconut, no butter crunch, no cruller,… if they do the Boston cream, I’ll have to go to Krispy Kreme, or better yet, the grocery bakery.

We walked into the store asked for 1 coffee roll and 1 chocolate frosted.The cashier who rang us up was salmon. She goes to get the chocolate donut and comes back with it. We asked where’s the coffee roll? She replies stating the coffee roll is extra “it costs more.“ we replied saying “ring it up we still want it” she continues to make an excuse of why it costs more. I told the person I was with to just leave it “she not trying to sell donuts.” At that moment she throws the donut in a separate bag and rings it up. All mean while customers were watching her behavior inside the establishment.

I ordered 3 orders of hashbrowns because they are small and all 3 orders taste like they have been sitting under the light for a while. Most of them wasn’t even edible. It’s already not that many so the least they can do is make sure they are fresh and edible. You can’t expect people to spend their money with you and you serve them stuff like this. Not cool

Best Dunkin by far in the area. Recently built, clean and well kept grounds. It has a fresh new building feeling to it and the architecture is well designed. Delicious donuts and fresh coffee. Friendly staff. Great place!

Placed an order today. 2 of the same sandwich, get home only to find that one is not correct. Tried to call but the phone number listed is not correct. I also asked the employee why was the iced drinks about 30 cents more than the hot she had no answers. Just kept looking lost. Things are so expensive and without any explanation they continue.

They charge me twice for 2 cups of coffee. Then she was telling me my card was declining it which I know it wasn’t she’s just trying to pull somebody’s leg. I looked on my bank account and I got charged on it so now I’m really p***** off at them.
