Today I bought a couple dozen at 1:40 pm to bring to my co workers from this location. The wait was a little long for something that simple and when I opened the box, I saw why. They shorted me 1 donut and gave me two donutholes instead. They couldve just told me they didnt have enough for two dozen instead of me spending 30$ and feeling gyped. Felt deceptive in a way and only reason I left this review was due to the fact this was my first time ordering donuts from here as a customer and the fact I used to work here a couple years ago. Shame they’ve gone down hill. Dont remember ever doing this to any of the customers but hey, its only a dunkin donuts right?

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. We went about 30 minutes before closing and pulled up the the driver through where the worker said “hello will you be using your rewards today?” Where we replied “yes, one moment please.” When I went to finally order about 15 seconds later she was gone from the window. We waited, beeped, said hello for about 5 minutes at the speaker with no response. We then went to the window and for another few minutes got no response. When we were driving away we saw the girl sitting outside on the bench staring us down as we drove off. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want horrible service.

Ordered a medium ice coffee cream and caramel only extra caramel. Got it with sugar and when I asked the employee to fix it all she did was take it back wait a few minutes and hand it back to me sugar still in bottom of cup. When I said did u you oh just pour into another cup she said no see there’s no sticker ….. the sticker is still there exact same one. If you’re gonna lie at least be good at it.

never going back to this dunkin, i know they have the utensils to mix the iced coffee & they never do i always have to be mixing it with the straw. the staff is rude & always talk back rudely, manager didn’t do much after i complain about them making my drinks wrong. great way to start my morning SMH.

came by before school and have never had an issue, once i got to the window the lady wouldn’t give me my drinks. they were all on my order, and i had paid for each but she refused to hand the last two over. then i realized one of my drive was made wrong!!!! insane.
