Morning Drive Thru is Horrible…You will be late for work based on how slow they are. I went because I ran out of coffee creamer that morning. NEVER AGAIN! I could of brewed a fresh pot of coffee the time I lost sitting in line. Just coffee and a donut for my daughter..

Went in there to get my son something the saddest place ever coming threw the door we got looked at funny by the cashier Indian lady than her customer service sucked not people friendly. But when we was leaving a men came in another customer she was smiling and talking with him and everything. I want come here again my first and last. The service could’ve been better. This location has the WORST customer service. They don’t even deserve one star, but i cant post this without selecting one. I ordered an customized ice cream cake online on Aug 4 with confirmation it would be ready for pickup on Aug 7. When I arrived there, they could not find my order. Then, they had go get an ok from their manager to give me 2 smaller ready made cakes to replace what I had ordered. I asked if they could even personalize it and I was denied. This was for my daughter’s birthday. We were all upset!!! Afterwards, I complained to corporate who directed me back to their manager. The manager offered to send a gift card in the mail, but it never came!! I reached out to the manager again and was given a response to just pick one up from the store. This store is one hour from my house. Only reason we ordered there in the first place was because it was near my inlaws’ home where we had the party. I refused to drive there since it’s an inconvenience. Worst customer service ever. Don’t order anything there as they will likely never make it!!

Management needs to get their staff in check. I’ve gone thru the drive-thru several times. The young ladies at the counter do an adequate job most of the time — not rude, but not very hospitable either. On a Sunday about 3 weeks ago, I stopped after church for an iced coffee. After leaving I realized my drink was leaking from a hole in the bottom of the cup (which leaked onto my clothes and into my car), so I drove back and explained. I was given a fresh drink, but not even an “I’m sorry for your inconvenience.” Today, after walking at Yukich, I stopped for an iced latte and was told they were out of milk, but they could make it with oat milk at a higher cost. What? How does a coffee shop run out of milk? And why not just sell it to me at the same price since you’re out of regular milk? I refused and just drove around to the Dunkin’ on Columbus. I will be avoiding this Dunkin’ in the future.

They are literally always out of everything… coffee, creamer, whole milk, 2%, skim, almond milk. This wasn’t just one occasion, this is every time I’ve been here. The best is when they’re out of creamer, offer almond milk and then up-charge you because they can’t figure out inventory. Avoid at all costs. Oh, and they don’t wear masks!!!!
