Took forever to get waited on. Asked us what kind of milk wanted. Answered white, gave us chocolate because they had no white. Asked for a jelly donut, told they only had creme filled. I could see jelly, Asked about it. Was told they had raspberry. Said I would like that, they gave me a plain sugared donut. Very poor service!

If you order hash browns, check to make sure they put more than 3 hash browns in an order. Every time I order hash browns they skimp on them. 3 large hash browns shouldn’t fill half of one container.

Best Dunkin’. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a muffin. I have to say everything was symmetrical, perfectly cooked, and tasty. How many times do you get a sandwich and the meat and egg is either bigger or smaller than the bun! The English muffin was toasted perfectly as well

I went to Dunkin before 8pm but the door was closed and wouldn’t allow any customers. I tried the drive thru and was informed that their door is closed at 5pm. but the hours of operation clearly says they open till 8pm. Hope they do better customer service. For those who might visit the store, try dining in before 5pm or before as they may change the hour without any notice. Just an fyi.

I was gonna give this location the benefit of the doubt, but I’m done after today. After countless messed up orders (all I ever usually get is a small frozen chocolate; although I ordered a bagel as well) it pains me to give them even 1 star. Today, there was a plastic lid blended in with my drink! I felt it in my mouth and immediately spat it out. Upon further inspection, there was a very large chunk of plastic settled in with hundreds of plastic chips. Pointless to drink. Will never be returning. I don’t even want a replacement at this point. Unreal.
