Love this place. I come through the drive through twice a day. I am addicted to their coffee! The workers are very friendly and do not charge you if your coffee does not taste right and you want a new one. One time I had to DoorDash it and there is no option for liquid sugar in the app. The girl went out of her way to watch for my order to make sure I received the liquid surgar. Oh and my son loveesss there donuts. 🙂

I was able to go in this brand new location today and check it out. It was very nice, clean and organized and all of the employees were very helpful. Janice, the manager was very comfortable speaking and happy to help me in explaining the different types of flavorings that they had for coffees that were sugar free. All of the donuts looked delicious and fresh! Andrew was telling me that they had just opened this past Tuesday and I believe he is going to be the manager at a new location, I can’t remember if she said Normal or Moline but he was very professional and I’m sure that he’ll do a great job! They do have a drive-thru however the Box wasn’t installed yet but there is a note that says to pull around to the window and you can still order at the window. Janice was patient while I signed into my Dunkin Donuts app, which is super convenient by the way, and we just kind of chitchat while that was loading. Always super nice to speak to people when they love their jobs and they were very helpful and even posed for a picture before I left the building. Great location and service!

I absolutely love how they blend their Matcha lattes. They’re the only one that mixes it to where it doesn’t settle at the bottom of the cup and then taste so delicious. Always love going to this one.

The staff seems to have the combined IQ of about 70. I went inside and waited 10 min before I was served because apparently drive through takes precedence over everything. When I was waited on I asked if the donuts were cream filled and the girl said no. I paid for dozen cake donuts only to hear a drive through customer order Boston cream filled which the employee walked away from me and got heart shaped ones. When I asked why she didn’t tell me about them she informed me that she thought I meant only long johns and Boston CREAM is really more like a custard you know.

Every time I come they make the drink wrong. Waited in the drive thru line for 14 mins with 3 cars ahead of me and I only ordered the cake batter signature latte and I got a plain no flavor latte. Wasn’t worth waiting for another especially since this isn’t the first time!

I always go to this location since it’s on my way to work. I’ve been going since they opened. I’ve never had issues with my drinks, thank goodness. But, the other day I went and ordered food for the first time. My bacon was cold and raw. I also ordered a smart water and received a little spring water bottle. I know those smart waters cost more. I was very disappointed. Especially since I had to turn around and try to get different food from somewhere else all before I had to be at work.

2:40 pm on Thursday November 10th. Walked in and stood at the counter for at least 5 min and no one greeted me. Yelled “HELLO?!” a few times. No answer. Went to the end of the counter and looked into the back and yelled “HELLOOOOOO”. No response. I was turning around to walk out and two younger female employees came out after hearing what sounded like a door shut. I’m guessing they were both out back doing whatever and left the store completely unmanned. That’s not acceptable. No apology or anything. Just asked if I wanted to order. I did and left. I guess they thought that’s ok. I know it’s not easy to find people that want to work but maybe there should be more supervision in the store when you have what appears to be two minors running the place and doing whatever they want. Bad for the brand. Hopefully the owner or manager sees this and does something. That’s ridiculous.

My husband and I stopped by for a few coffees earlier this evening. Brennan, the shift manager that served me in the drive thru was very respectful and helped me understand the coffee flavors and how it works! He made our coffees and they were amazing! We decided to pull over and stop in for some donuts and he told me all about the donuts and helped me find one that I’d like, and the other nice gentleman that was there helped take my order. The store was very clean, and was a great environment overall. I will be sure to come back to this location very soon!
