I love dunkin and everything they sell, but whenever I cone later at night for ice cream, the scoops aren’t right. Most of the time the ice cream I get is good and I get what I ordered, but when I asked for two scoops, I got two half-attempted chunks of mint chip ice cream that barely fills up 2/3 of the medium sized cup. I think there should be a better system rather than eye-balling however many scoops of ice cream so that way people get what they pay for.

This location is usually pretty good with customer service. My visit today was pleasant, but the food was disappointing. I tried the breakfast tacos for the first time. Though tasty, the tortilla was the main attraction. Originally, I asked for the tacos with no meat (bacon) and add black pepper. I received the tacos with bacon, so I went back in for the correct item. The first set was packed perfectly for the price, but the second set barely had anything inside them. I decided to eat what I had because I had to get to my destination. The tacos were good for the part that I tasted. They just barely had anything inside the tortilla. I’ll try another location to see if this is common practice.

The drive thru circulation is a little challenging. There are vehicles spilling over on the frontage road, when you take a NB exit and take a left on the frontage road to go to DD. Above all a nice new facility. Also no left turn available if you go straight past frontage road left turn , after taking the I 55 NB exit.

Staying in the area decided to check out Dunkin, one day I came they let me use my Dunkin app and honored coupon, today I go for breakfast and was told they do not honor coupons really? Why not because the app clearly includes this locationthe reason for so many stars is because the team member was very pleasant, but also I ordered the butter pecan special latte and it was extremely weak, I’m currently disappointed.

The staff can’t be bothered to respond to customers in the drive through. Honestly I’m really not surprised ever anymore this location is open 24 hours but the staff can’t even be bothered to answer the phone let alone service any customers. Must be really nice to sit back and collect a pay check and not actually work of any kind… pathetic

Service is always speedy and usually wonderful but it drives me nuts when I pay over $7 for an oatmilk latte and because I ask for light ice, they underfill the drink. If I don’t ask for light ice, the drink is 70% ice. I get this is likely a corporate rule but this is how you lose customers forever. If I’m paying that much for one drink, I need to love it.

Even though the drive thru line is long on the weekends, just park your car and go inside. You’ll probably be back in your car and on your way within 5 minutes with your yummy donuts.
