Donuts were delicious. But the person who was packing donuts and receiving payment was visibly sick. The person kept on blowing nose on wet handkerchief and did not wash or sanitize hands. In the era of Covid (and many other diseases), we would really appreciate it and we would feel safer if people who work there put more emphasis on hygiene.

I really loves going here and within the past few months it’s totally gone downhill. The coffee that I normally go is always wrong and taste off. Like it’s been sitting there, then I tried to get different coffees like an iced latte and it was 99% Milk and it had no coffee in it. The people that work here are incredibly rude and interrupts, and they start talking to the other employees and have slammed the window shut. I was very understandable at first because I thought that they were probably just training people, and whenever I brought this to their attention, they would meet me with really rude, snarky things to say.

Well, at first no cold brew. Second, no refund available because we purchased it through the app. I’m trying to figure out how to get a refund now. No donuts. Nothing complicated, just a chocolate sprinkle donut for my kid. At the end I told him he can keep the money, apparently they need it more then me.

Any time I mobile order here, my order is never started until I get there. So, I end up waiting at least 15 minutes. Apparently they don’t see mobile orders because I’ve ordered 10-20 minutes in advance multiple other times, and it’s the same every time. I wish there was a different Dunkin’ nearby to get my occasional fix.

I cannot believe the incompetence of the people in this store. I ordered a delivery order from this store and asked for a large hot coffee. They sent a large iced coffee. They also left out an item in the order. It is stunning to me that any fast food location can mistake a hot coffee for an iced coffee and think that that’s acceptable. It’s bad enough they don’t bake their items on site and it’s not unusual to get old or even stale donuts there, but not understanding the difference between iced coffee and hot coffee is beyond the pale and absolutely unacceptable in any way, shape, or form. What a joke this place is.

Easy service, they try their best to get moving with the line. I’m out (at most) in 15 minutes. Always gets my order correct and even ran out something they had forgotten for my order. Very nice people that work there! Two people always remember me and says hello 🙂

I only gave it one star because I had to in order to leave a review. Don’t waste your time!! Might as well go to Starbucks. All of the employees here move at snail speed. No matter how many people are waiting. Each time I’ve come I’ve had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for one iced coffee.
