First and last time. Never again. The avocado toast is a joke. It’s barely toasted bread with a smear of avocado and tough tomatoes. Only good part was the seven little potato rounds that come in an order were well seasoned. Save your money.

I really had a good experience there last week and thought I should leave a good review since most people only think to leave reviews when they have a bad experience. I’ve eaten at Dunkin’ donuts since I was in high school. I’m long out of high school but still enjoy the donuts. This location has been understaffed for a while but I still go there even though it might take an extra minute or two. I could tell that the guy behind the counter was slammed yet he had a great attitude and was very professional in spite of his lack of help that morning. I’ve been in the service industry for 40 years and can spot a good employee and a bad employee right away. Even though the guy was slammed he kept a level head and my experience was excellent. I must have looked a little down that morning because he made polite conversation and smiling said, “enjoy the coffee and donuts and have the best day ever.” It really picked me up and made me smile. Thank you Alex. I appreciate your service and dedication to your job.

I love their iced coffee and old fashioned donuts, but I had an experience on Sunday which shocked me. The server seemed pretty much confused and her serving skills were unethical. She gave me the drink and forgot to hand over the donuts after waiting for some minutes she got back and asked why I’ll still in the drive through window. Then “I said I’m waiting on my donuts” she later on handed two donuts when I asked for three

I spent $24, $23 and some change in here today June 23 of 2023 and I received the worst customer service through the drive-through. I don’t understand why people take these jobs and do not know how to deal with the public and I was pleasant. I spoke to her she did not speak back. Then she hand me my food and just close the window. No Customer Service at all.

I originally was pleasantly surprised at how quick the drive thru service was but now I see why. I ordered 4 donuts (2 w/ frosting) and this is how they came. Literally upside down in a bag. The second picture is supposed to be a sugared jelly donut. Honestly not worth the calories at this point and straight into the trash.

Staff is either always rude and slow or always rude and understaffed. Went there today, and it took a minute for anyone to hand me my order. Then when they finally did, they forgot something from the order. So I blew my horn to get there attention and it literally took me blowing my horn 4-5 times and knocking on the window for anyone to come and assist me. Yet they were all walking past the window. Then dude put my doughnut in my bag with no wrapping or anything. Very unprofessional. This location is trash. Do better
